Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77sz ("we", "us", "the Platform", "77sz") governing your use of the 77sz website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and all other features accessible through https://77sz.ws.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 77sz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 77sz and should close your account immediately.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorised access to 77sz support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Rules

All financial transactions on 77sz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. 77sz does not accept third-party payments — all deposits must come from a payment account registered in the same name as your 77sz account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 77sz is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and cards, and Rs 1,000 for IBFT transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit beyond the per-method daily limits displayed on the deposit page. 77sz charges no platform fee on any deposit.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the 77sz account. 77sz charges no platform fee on any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7, with Easypaisa and JazzCash completing in under 10 minutes in most cases.

Withdrawal conditions: Before withdrawing, any active bonus must be either completed (wagering requirement met) or forfeited. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active and incomplete will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being removed from the balance. Real-money deposits are not affected by bonus wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time.

• 77sz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player will result in account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.
• If a deposit fails to credit due to a technical error, contact support with your transaction reference number — do not attempt to deposit again until the first transaction is resolved.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

77sz offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion on the Promotions page, as well as these general bonus terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all 77sz promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have not previously claimed the same promotion, unless the promotion is explicitly described as repeatable.
• Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered players making their first deposit only.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Jackpot slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
• 77sz reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if abuse of the promotional system is detected, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-account bonus hunting, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting a bonus in combination with a strategy designed to circumvent risk.

Game Rules, Betting and Results

All games available on 77sz — including crash games, live casino tables, jackpot slots, fishing games, and sports betting markets — operate according to the rules published within each game or market. By placing a bet or spinning a game, you accept the specific rules of that game or market in addition to these Terms.

Outcomes and RNG: All 77sz casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. Crash games including Aviator use provably fair algorithms. 77sz does not manipulate game outcomes in any way and cannot do so under its licensing terms.

Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has a stated minimum and maximum bet. Bets below the minimum or above the maximum will be rejected by the system. For jackpot slots, certain jackpot tiers may have a minimum qualifying bet — this will be stated in the game rules.

Cricket and sports betting: Bets on cricket matches and other sporting events are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void before a result is reached, 77sz will settle bets according to the specific rules for that market as displayed at the time of placement.

• Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled after acceptance unless a clear pricing error has occurred on 77sz's side.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game that prevents completion of a round, 77sz will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Multi-account or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional odds or to guarantee outcomes across accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

77sz is committed to a fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of the breach:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 77sz platform, games, or payment system. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to support immediately — exploiting it rather than reporting it constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent deposit limits, or manipulate promotional outcomes.
• Any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated sports betting manipulation.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment claims.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

Where 77sz suspects a breach of fair play, the account may be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold. 77sz will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

On permanent closure for Terms violation, 77sz may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the violation and the funds involved. A full explanation of any balance withholding will be provided in writing to the player's registered contact details.

Limitation of Liability and Disputes

77sz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work continuously to maintain uptime, game availability, and payment processing, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may affect availability temporarily.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77sz's liability to any player in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount held in that player's real-money balance at the time the claim arises. 77sz is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate the matter by emailing the 77sz compliance team. 77sz will provide a final decision within 14 days of an escalated dispute being received.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of 77sz are governed by the laws applicable to the 77sz operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings in connection with your use of 77sz will be conducted in the jurisdiction specified by the licensing authority governing the platform.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 77sz regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

Amendments to These Terms
